This fall, DANCE 89.5 is opening the studio doors for FREE 55th Anniversary Open House!

Whether you are a Nathan Hale alumni, a former radio kid, a long time listener or a curious community member we can’t wait to welcome you to the studios on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, from 1-6pm! 

Spend the afternoon exploring behind the scenes at DANCE 89.5 with studio tours for a look behind the mic, a silent auction to support DANCE 89.5, time with staff and on air hosts plus exclusive merch, the best beats and…a few surprises! Light celebratory snacks will also be provided.

The DANCE 89.5 55th Anniversary is schedule to happen during our Fall Fund Drive which means you will get to see on air volunteers and current students in action and celebrating during the event! 

The DANCE 89.5 55th Anniversary Open House is FREE and ALL AGES but donations to DANCE 89.5 prior to the event are highly encouraged at DANCE895.org/Donate. Your support helps events like this happen! Donations will also be accepted on site.

Space is limited and the DANCE 89.5 55th Anniversary Open House is a first come first serve event open to all alumni, donors, listeners and community supporters.
