Our adoptable cat this July is a DOUBLE FEATURE or as we call it in the dance music world, a b2b with bonded mother and son pair Rubarbara (dilute calico) and Dipper! 

Rubarbara (dilute calico) and Dipper (grey tabby) are a bonded mother and son at NEKO Bellingham! These angels are shy but so sweet! Dipper is the more relaxed and social of the pair. He loves to ask for pets, then check in to make sure his mom is cool with it! Rubarbara is shyer than her boy, but she loves pets when she’s comfy! Dipper seems very dedicated to taking care of his mom and their bond is so special to watch!

They’re looking for a calm, patient home that’ll be happy to give them their time to open up! While dogs and little kids would likely overwhelm them, they’d be okay in a home with older kids, and wouldn’t mind another calm and welcoming kitty!

Every great tour needs a headliner, and NEKO’s July Cat of the Month pin features RINGO! 

Ringo is Bellingham’s favorite funky fella! A long-time resident and a pillar of the commewnity. This 18-pound chihuahua maintains the body compawsition of an icing bag with a sturdy waxed canvas shell. He’s even well-known online for his unique scent and his love for doing everything just a little weirder than you’d expect. Ringo spends his eventful days sitting upright like a person, lying on his back like a possum, tooting like an old dog, and being sweet to his flawless cat wife, Chloe, like the good guy he is.

Ringo’s pin is a purrfect repurrsentation of his constant stance: sat up like a real guy on his pouf, ready to greet his adoring fans in his summery bandana, atop a card with stink clouds that repurrsent his famous odor.
